Contains cozy armchairs, two whiteboards, ceiling projector for watching videos Supports zoom/online meetings and practicing speeches Options for natural light and low light. Shades may be adjusted to create a low-light space or allow for natural light. Window views of trees, sunlight, and more

Instructions for booking a room:

1. Click “Go to Date” button to select preferred day/date. 
2. Choose preferred day.
3. Select a start time. You are automatically booked for 3 hours or up to the library's closing time (booking time can be adjusted).
   • When you click a start time, the green schedule blocks will change to yellow. 
   • tip: swipe left/right or use left/right scrollbar to see entire day
   • tip: adjust time using the dropdown menu to select when you'll be done with the room.
   • tip: to delete your in-progress booking and start again, click the trash icon.
4. Click “Submit My Booking” and then click Continue.
5. Fill out all of the fields and then click Continue.

Book for same day or up to 2 weeks in advance. Booking times can be anywhere between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

Green=Available,  Red=Booked,  Yellow= Your In Progress Booking
