Green=Available,  Red=Booked,  Yellow= Your In Progress Booking

Book for same day or up to 2 weeks in advance. Booking times may be anywhere between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

Instructions for booking a room:

1. Click “Go to Date” button to select preferred day/date. 
2. Choose preferred day.
3. Select a start time. Time is autoset to 3 hours or up to the library's closing time (booking time can be adjusted).
   • When you click a start time, the green schedule blocks change to yellow.
   • tip: swipe left/right or use left/right scrollbar to see entire day
   • tip: adjust time using the dropdown menu to select when you'll be done with the room.
   • tip: to delete your in-progress booking and start again, click the trash icon.
4. Click “Submit My Booking” and then click Continue.
5. Fill out all of the fields and then click Continue.
