Instructions for booking a room:

1. To select preferred day/date, click “Go to Date” button. 
2. Choose preferred day and room.
3. Select a start time. You are automatically booked for 3 hours (if booking is scheduled near end of day, booking lasts to the library's closing time). Adjust booking time as needed.
   • When a start time is selected, the green schedule blocks change to yellow. 
   • tip: to see entire day, swipe left/right or use left/right scrollbar.
   • tip: to adjust timeframe, use the dropdown menu to select when you'll be done with the room.
   • tip: to delete your in-progress booking and start again, click the trash icon.
4. Click “Submit My Booking” at bottom of screen and then click Continue.
5. Fill out all of the fields and then click Continue. Your booking is made!

Book for same day or up to 2 weeks in advance. Booking times can be anywhere between 30 minutes and 3 hours. 

Currently, study rooms have a maximum of 8 people per booking. 

Green = Available,   Red = Booked,   Yellow = Your In Progress Booking
